If you haven't yet tried Kundalini yoga, you are missing out on its pure healing and transformative properties. Unique to Kundalini yoga are the driving principles of intensive breath work, the moving of energy up through the chakras and mantra focused on connecting one to the current of universal love. The instructors bring light to the beautiful space and are encouraging to new students.

    Midtown rocks!

Midtown is great! There is an amazing, inviting atmosphere, people of all ages and dance levels go there to learn how to dance and have a good time.

I started going to Midtown about a year ago and have gone more or less consistently ever since. It is the biggest, most inviting swing scene in Sacramento. I love the music and the people!

    I'm making a positive impact...

SendOutCards is a very effective relationship building tool.  You don’t have to develop an extravagant mailing program for it to be effective.  I use if for those moments when something needs be to smoothed over with a client, I am separating myself from the competition with a prospect, or just making a positive impact on a key referral source.  There are so many instances throughout the day when you have an opportunity to make a positive impression on people and sendoutcards is a key way I do. I know it is something my competition is not doing!

alternative transportation options for Sacramento and citizen driven programs to create change around the region

Hey there Gridsters,

So there's a movement afoot to capture the minds of local people so that together we can set the city and the region's agenda for alternative transportation options.

Here are 2 projects that The Grid Guru is involved with and inspired by at the moment. We hope that you will join us and create your own proposa

Dear Midtowners, Downtowners, Gridsters, Californians, and All Americans,
